Shipping policy

Couriers

We ship using established, fully tracked and reliable courier services, selecting the best available option for each address and country. Wherever possible we work with couriers who share our commitment to lower-impact delivery, including carbon offsetting and cleaner transport where available.

Dispatch times

We are a small workshop, not a 24/7 fulfilment centre. Orders are poured, packed, and dispatched by hand, and we dispatch Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Most orders are dispatched within a few working days. During busy periods, or when a batch is curing, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will let you know.

Delivery and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information. Your shipment becomes trackable once it reaches the courier's delivery network, which can take a 1-2 business days depending on how quickly packages move through the courier's stations. The courier will send updates directly, usually by email or SMS, as your parcel makes its way to you.

UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £60. For orders under £60, a delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

International delivery

We ship internationally. For all orders outside the UK, import costs, including customs, duties, and tariffs, along with delivery, are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery, and no unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.

Please note that international deliveries may take longer than UK orders, as parcels pass through customs and additional courier stages on their way to you.
